"I've lived here for ~3 years and overall, living here is fine. If you're used to moving a lot / working in the area temporarily then renting here is definitely a great fit. The maintenance team is responsive and incredibly kind and so are the folks who work in the office. My biggest complaint are the rent increases here. My rent has gone up $300 (~13.7%) the last two years, but my very first rental increase in 2021 was like.... $14. MoCo passed a rent stabilization bill that capped rent increases at 6%, but it doesn't apply to this complex because they were built in like 2003. Also, I'm pretty sure an algorithm runs the numbers for rent increases, so they won't negotiate rent decreases at all."

The neighborhood is beautiful, conveniently located, & very walkable. The only thing that kept us from staying was the price of the rent! Otherwise, it was a great place!!"
