"I was in the apartments and asked to notice the cleanliness of both the outside and the inside since when I was given the tour of the apartments I noticed that there is no garbage everywhere you walk inside smells clean I also noticed the clean doors everywhere The office staff was excellent, their kindness, their attention, I could notice their professionalism in customer service. "I have been living here for little over a year now. I love the building and the amenities. One issue I have is with the Property Manager Stephanie Lamar. I went into the leasing office a few times to either talk with her or get info about other available units. I have both times been met with unprofessional attitudes. I believe she needs more knowledge of the property and to be present more in the office. I usually only see Brandon or Dipper in the office. Both guys have been wonderful. Brandon seems more like the property Manager to me. Last Property Manager Emily was wonderful to work with. She was very knowledgeable of the property and was always on top of things. I believe the leasing office has gone down since Ms. Lamar has come on board. Stephanie has big shoes to fill. We shall see!"
