"I checked in very early in the morning and was checked in by Mohammad. He checked me in the original room,and when I entered the room their were blood stains on the walls, from what looked like some sort of insect. Before I even settled in,I went down to the receptionist and showed him the photo I took of the blood marks on the wall (pictured). He moved me to the room next door to the one I was just in, but that just took a turn! In this room their were what appeared to be mice droppings all over the floor (pictured). I went back down and told the receptionist I will have to find another place, because I can't stay here. Especially if I'm paying for the whole week. He understood and was very professional about the situation,then issued the refund. It's just unfortunate. I usually love the sleep Inn brand. But the cleanliness of this hotel just isn't worth the money ,or the stay."

"I've stayed here a few times in between travel assignments because it's convenient to everywhere I have to go to get where I need to be. This hotel furniture is a little dated and there's no microwave in the rooms, but it does have a refrigerator and coffee machine, the rooms are clean and the staff is cordial. If there's any cleanliness problems, they're committed by tenants who leave their trash by their doors in the hallways; sometimes overnight. But aside from that, the housekeeping services are excellent and from what I've seen, the free breakfast looks decent as well. A low-frills hotel that's more than sufficient enough for a short or long-term stay."

"I Love the Sleep Inn, Rockville. It is the best place to unravel after a long work shift. I love that it is quiet, and clean inside-out. I sleep very well at this hotel, probably because the beds are also comfortable. The Staff, from the Front Desk, Housekeeping, Break fast Room, are all awesome. And I love their free Breakfast."

"Complaints about the room aren't anything crazy. The bed wasn't the most comfortable. Pillows flatten out completely, bring your own if you normally don't. Holes in the sheets were an interesting choice by housekeeping. I probably would have thrown those away if they were mine. The old socks behind the night stand were a nice touch though. Fridge worked fine, TV worked fine (it doesn't face the bed in any capacity though), shower worked fine (water pressure wasn't the worst). Housekeeping never hit our room in the 6 days we stayed. I don't know if they only do rounds once during the day or what. The breakfast offered was pretty standard, didn't exceed or disappoint."

"Location is mostly quiet, in office park area of Rockville. Front Desk: Professional. Standard Rooms: Clean. Comfortable Bed, not too cushy or too firm. Carpets need shampooing. No microwave in room which is good to prevent bugs. There is a microwave downstairs in eating area. Cleaners are real good. Full breakfast, nice service personnel. Pool area open during season. Adjacent hotel close by with a snack bar. Disappointed that my keys didn't work properly a few days in a row. Maintenance will check. Room had a slight odor, I can't pinpoint it. Turning the AC up definitely helped."
