"I just relocated from a Camden community in Denver to Rockville. I actually work for Camden remotely so I came back in November to tour Camden Fallsgrove. Ciera was very kind and welcoming on my tour. The ability to rent my own garage really sold me! While I have had some things that needed addressed, Joelle and Jasmine have been quick to respond to all of my questions and concerns(appreciate you both). Aaron in maintenance has been awesome, thanks for putting up with me—and my dogs love him! We are loving it here. (Close to a lot of stuff, very nice neighbors, and so much parking!!!) Thank you for everything so far!!"

"Honest review One of the worst apartment complexes I have lived at… top 3 reasons 1. Never have hot water, even first thing in the morning after not running water for 8 hours, you get 30 seconds of a hot shower before it’s cold. Put in multiple maintenance requests, issue can’t be resolved, you won’t be taking warm showers here. 2. You hear everything, walls are insulated terribly which leads you to hearing everything above, underneath, and next to you. You can’t watch tv or sleep without hearing your neighbors walking or talking, no silence lol. 3. Utility bills will be costly, because the buildings are terribly insulated, your heat or ac will always be running because your thermostat can’t get to its select temperature which leads to ridiculously high utility bills or you freezing in your apartment. Overall this is the most expensive apartment complex I have ever rented and will not renew my lease. Please read this before making your selection. Plenty of other complexes nearby that are cheaper and have more ideal living situations. Try residences at the manor, great apartment complex, cheap, and never had an issue with something simple as hot water"

"We moved out in July and still did not receive the deposit of $2000. They are literally a thief - saying they sent out the check but cannot provide any proof of issuing and sending out the check. After we waited for over two months, we even asked reissuing the check; they said they reissued and sent it again, however it was never delivered until now. We were sick and tired of their lying. while living there, we had a serious problem with a washer. the clothes got the black stuff from the inside of the washer because it was so old and rusty. Even after multiple complaints and almost begging for a few months, what they did was changing it with another old old old washer that makes squeaky sound every time we used. So it's like swapping a problem with another one. It was an extremely stressful experience. And now they are not giving us the deposit back. We will sue them."

"Camden Fallsgrove has been an awesome experience thus far. I have been here for three months. The staff go above and beyond to take care of my needs or concerns. I would definitely recommend this property to those looking for a new home. Everything is close by. The valet trash is a great feature."
