"I couldn’t highly speak of Mr. Carlos Mejia is such a great, responsible, respectful, and wonderful maintenance worker, he has been helping us since we moved in back in February 2022, he is always been so attentive and proactive with all our requests, and he's given us his best and does his best to give us an extra mile, and not just that, he also follows up making sure that all his work and appliances are working as desire. I'm so happy that we can count on him even when he's busy and/or the inclement weather, he's Always there to help us with a great smile in his face. Thank you so much for all your great work!"

"I've been here almost 3 years. It's a great location, great staff, nice grounds (especially for pet owners!), and safe + walkable neighborhood. Close to several plazas, a park, the metro, and the highways. Maintenance staff is especially friendly, professional, and efficient. Shout out to Carlos Mejia for always being quick, friendly, and communicative on maintenance requests!"

"One snow day, my heater started not working. We called for the maintenance, and Mr. Carlos Mejia came to our house immediately. He has an excellent skill and fixed the heater within an hour. He saved our day. Thank you, Carlos!!"

"Residents be aware that they allow a very greedy real estate company host some events at the Rollins Congressional Club house. For example : Taking photos with Santa event that happened recently. They just steal your personal information and you never get your photos as promised. You will receive hundred of scam phone calls the next days and added to some scam group chat. This is a fraud. I will report this so that no other resident will be victims of this fraud. Now They deleted all information about this event on the Rollins Congressional Club Facebook page."
