There are designated pet areas, so no issues there. Shops and restaurants are all so close to walk over if you wished. So many conveniences. "This place has become section 8 housing. It was a place where professionals lived. Now the management allows homeless people to sleep in the lobby and the parking garage at night. Residents complain and the management does nothing to solve the problem. The property is not clean. Residents with pets are allowed to let their pets use the area outside the garage entry as the pet area - the grass has pet waste and pee stains. It smells. What type of people want to live in a place where they walk through pet feces to get into the building every day? This is unacceptable!!! The rent is too high to live like we are in the projects."

"I lived at this complex for almost three years, and regretfully moved about a year ago to Residences At Congressional village one block over. I LOVE Rollins Ridge and miss it so much. Areas of opportunity include that theres a fire house across the street which was very loud. Amenities are weak (there are no amenities besides a very small gym) and the kitchens/bathrooms are a bit outdated however everything else about this complex is awesome. Parking was never a problem for me or any of my guests, and the location was convenient. I cannot praise enough how amazing Ianita at the leasing office and Ramon, the maintenance, are. They made my experience living at Rollins. Always friendly, and caring and would go out of their way to help me. I definitely recommend this complex!"
