"We just installed a new kitchen in a unit. Plus changed out a vanity. General up keep is great for all interior hallways. And exteriors have been upgraded mostly this year."

"Not well equipped if you have any sort of disability. I have to drive to the front of the complex to get my mail, put my trash in my car also to drive it to the dumpster at the front of the complex. Delivered packages are a nightmare with the buzzer system for building entry. 3 pkgs sat in a doorway waiting for me and I had no idea for 2 days, glad they weren't taken. The noise from the stairwell and my upstairs neighbor on a scale of one to ten...about a 6 or 7 most days. Just really annoying living atmosphere. Would be ok for others but if you're stuck sick at home disabled, pretty rough."
