"This is the second time I've lived here and plan to stay for a while. I'm a travel nurse and needed a room in the area that would allow my dog. Rental properties are extremely scarce in NH, not to mention that 80% are unaffordable and the other 20% don't allow pets. I found THP in 2019, moved in and was there for over a year. I had some family events that required me to seek alternate housing, so I moved out in October of 2020. Then COVID happened and I went to Wisconsin and Arizona. I decided to return to NH in July of 2023. I called the owners, who are extremely accommodating, to inquire about a vacancy, but they didn't have anything available. They said that they would let me know if anything changed. In July, I got a call from Judy, letting me know that an efficiency would be available on 7/20. I didn't hesitate to snatch it up immediately. I made it back to NH on 8/3 and couldn't have been happier to drive in the driveway. The owners are very fair and have eliminated the guests who were "undesirable". They have worked very hard to change the reputation that THP had previously to their ownership. Any negative reviews are most likely from people who were asked to leave, either for nonpayment or because of involvement in illegal activity. The owners have had to deal with some extremely guests in the past and have done so in a very professional manner. I would recommend THP to other travel nurses and folks who are looking for a quiet place to stay."
"Hasnt changed. Sure its much worst then it was when i lived here.. way overcharged for the conditions and other tenants.. yes tenants. Not to mention when i lived there not enough pressure to shower in my unit. Nor was the water even hot. Sket hy and greedy owners will do that"
