"Home away from home… We come here 1 to 2 times a month and usually book a suite for a night or two. The hot tub is wonderful & the pool is refreshing. The amenities are great, and their breakfast is amazing. The entire staff is always so pleasant and accommodating. I can't say enough good things about this Hotel."

"Today is Saturday, January 13, 2024. From Wednesday, January 10th to Saturday, January 13th I stayed in Vermont at a double-tree Hilton hotel. The room does not even compare to the hotel at the Holiday Inn. The Holiday Inn is an 8 and Hilton a 4. Hilton one bed, a fridge and no microwave. The only thing that the Hilton had was a restaurant within the hotel. The Holiday Inn in Rochester, New Hampshire. The room has two beds, A fridge and a microwave. The Holiday Inn has twice the size of a bathroom then the Hilton. They both have pools. So when I compare these to these two, I have to say that the Holiday Inn is twice as better. now think about this at the Hilton for amenities they charge you 75 per night you get the money back when you check out however I stayed for three nights so they took $225 from my bank account and put it into their bank account and was able to make interest off my money. This is a huge scam that all these hotels do and say it is for amenities only charges $50 for the three nights stay I am here when I have to go to Vermont again I will not be staying at the Hilton, I will try to find a Holiday Inn. I hope this helps out anyone who is going to be staying at the Holiday Inn in Rochester New Hampshire."

"I had a great experience at this hotel in Rochester, NH. I was only there for the night but I did use the pool and get the complimentary breakfast in the morning. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It came with a Keurig and mini fridge. The pool is a bit small but it wasn't busy at all when I went. There's also a hot tub which is a nice plus. The complimentary breakfast was way better than I thought it could ever be. The staff was also friendly and helpful."

"I've stayed here a few times and the rooms and service have always been nice and the price fair. This trip, however, the weekend price was 4x what I have paid in the past and I had to divide my stay between this hotel and another (they said it was due to an event). The night I did stay (10/10/23), my towel was *really* frayed. I'm sure they would have brought another towel if I had asked, but I'm surprised it made it in the room at all. The highlight for me was the service. The woman at the check in desk was incredibly kind and caring. I had shared with her that I had to leave early the next day, before the breakfast time, and asked if there was access to a muffin or piece of fruit earlier in the morning. She took the time to pack an elaborate to go breakfast, with a variety of foods and a juice. Many trips to a hotel are for business or for a fun event/vacation, but sometimes they are sad. The woman at the counter did not know this was a sad travel for me; she was just a nice person and this small act of kindness was so meaningful to me. Thank you for the thoughtful service."

"Not only is this hotel tops in my book, the employees are on top, too. My friend, Jay and I stayed for 5 nights. I placed some of my clothing in the chest of drawers. And as usual, I forgot them. after I left , 2 days later. I thought it was a long shot that I would get my clothes back. When I called the desk clerk, a very nice caring lady, she didn't find them in lost and found but would try to find out about them. I never really expected a call back. But to my surprise, she returned my call and had found them. Since I had friends in the area, they were able to pick them up for me. I do so appreciate the help and concern of this young lady. I never got her name but she worked late afternoon until 7 pm. August 10 - 15. Thank you and your wonderful people. We will be returning to New Hampshire again in the next year or so. We will be staying at your Holiday Inn in Rochester, New Hampshire. Again. thank you."
