I'm calling corporate. I'm going to bring This to their attention as this is so beyond unprofessional and then when I say that I've been doing this for 10 years, he says, OK OK OK ok Absolutely disrespectful he was one of my employees. I fire him instantly disrespecting a customer just because there's a shortage of staff in this world doesn't mean it gives any right for a manager or any staff to be disrespectful to her paying customer hence why you are in business in the first place."

"2 drink maximum?!?!? Been a strong BWW patron for over 10 years at all NH locations and Portland ME. We go there after work, sometimes paid for by our company with the hole crew. Wasn’t thrilled when the Seacoast franchise went to a 3 drink max, but now it’s only 2, and they don’t tell you until you’ve already ordered. I don’t know how that can possibly be a successful business model for their demo, good luck watching a full game with only 2 drinks. If I take my workers out I want it to be a good time never going to Rochester BWW again"

"SYSCO FOOD PRIMARILY Their greeter needs to smile or get another job. Took forever for us to get served, mgr then took our server while she was intruding herself to us, and he then took our order. Then we got appetizers before our drinks. Then another Waitress took over who was sooooo much better. But they shut husband off after two drinks telling him if he wanted to wait 20 more minutes, they can serve him another. Not terrible, but no something I'd rush back for. Did like the blue long island ice tea. Heard someone just lost their job for serving someone here they didn't Id, neither myself or husband were asked to show id."
