"Not a good daycare did not care about what how the parents felt and they did not work with the parents instead they chose to without notice kick a baby out with no notice"
"This Y location has no sauna, hot tub, steam room, nor pool."
"*This is strictly for the gym* The gym facility is great, the equipment is new and maintained well, and the staff is super friendly! I honestly have no problems with the gym, however their hours of operation are TRASH. They have never been great, but they have gotten worse since the pandemic (no longer open on Sundays at all). They also do a delayed opening if there is any inclement weather which is beyond annoying... if it weren't for the hours I would give this facility 5 stars but the hours are such a disappointment."
"My children went to their daycare. In their time being there, there was several times they sent my childrens entire lunch back without notifying me why. So, they werent fed quite a few times. They called DCYF on me a few times with false accusations. They were sent home almost everyday for months and they made me lose 6 jobs within 4 months for sending them home for being "sick" when they werent sick at all. They would send them home and bill me for the days they werent there and bill the state as well for their absences. So I got put out of work a bunch of times trying ro come up with money for double fees that i didnt really owe without working. So I was borrowing money from people to pay for their care. Also, I talked to the billing lady to not pull a bunch of money from my account and she did it anyway and i owed back the bank a bunch of money. They only accept your banbank account information or credit card so they can pull without authorization, and by that i mean, they talk to yoyou about it and you tell them to wait and they dont wait to pull the koney so you owe a bunch of money to your bank or credit card and mess up your credit and everything you had set up. Their billing lady, Linda, isnt very truthful or doesnt know what shes doing. Shes charging me $1800 for care that the state already paid for and when I asked her why I had to pay that much money, she couldnt give me a reason why. My son got bit in the face by a spider on their playground and his face was super swollen and I asked them why and the teacher was super rude to me and brushed me off. They told me it didnt take priority. I could only find out what happened through a medical opinion. When I pulled my kids out, they gave away their remaining clothes, diapers, wipes, blankets and sippy cups without contacting me. After a few months of being there, I took my kids out and switched them out. I dont find the place trustworthy at all. If I could give 0 stars, I would."
"Horrible customer service...every year we sign up my step daughter for summer camp and every year there is an issue with something..that takes days and days to fix... I don't understand how some of them still have jobs!"
