"As a military member traveling can be frustrating especially during the PCS season. The staff at this location was professional but more important they made me feel welcome. After a long flight into Boston followed by a long drive which I was stuck in traffic forever. I was greeted with a smile; my room was clean it may not seem like much but for me it was needed. The check in/check out process was quick. The Naval shipyard is less than 10 minutes away by car. Downtown Portsmouth which has amazing food less than 10 minutes away by car. The stay was worth the price. The great customer service has earned the hotel a loyal customer. I thought that i should share my experience after reading a review that was filled with hate in what seem to be harassment. it's a shame that people have so much hate in their heart."

"Bathroom is "tight ", not very roomy. But the room was nice, clean and well appointed. The in house restaurant is amazing! Limited menu, but every dish a real delight. Not just burgers and fries!"

"The beds in this Holiday Inn are super comfortable...so comfortable that I want one for home because my chronic back pain was actually tolerable after sleeping on this bed. The heating system is loud going off and on as forced air systems do. It was quiet on the 5th floor so I think the walls are better constructed than some Holiday Inn walls. We ate breakfast at the Roundabout Diner next door which had way more choice than the hotel restaurant."

"This is a solid Holiday Inn! Very clean rooms, newer/modern furnishings, standard amenities as well as a pretty cool looking solarium pool. No quick and easy breakfast which was a shame, but probably could have prepared for that if I read the description! Would definitely stay here again."

"This location is always very inviting and clean. There was some mentions of water pressure but there was no issue in our room. The room cleaning staff could not speak English but she was very helpful and with a smile she gave us clean towels and we exchanged ours into her laundry basket. Her smile went a long way. This is a wonderful location to stay !"
