"We were an hour early and would be charged Xtra $25.00. Usually compliment for that hr differance and was told room was ready but could not go in. Very dissapointing!"

"LOCATION! A 5-minute drive to downtown Portsmouth. A mid week check-in was seamless. The rooms are CLEAN, modernized, spacious, and comfy. All of the 5-stars go to the staff. The staff here is the best I’ve experienced. Surpasses Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, IHG, and Wyndham. Bobby will always offer the warmest welcome upon check in and throughout your stay. I was a little disappointed the indoor pool was closed and that wasn’t posted on the website but the outdoor pool is available as of 08/23"

"We stayed three nights over a recent weekend. Staff was helpful. Our room was satisfactory, but it was near the indoor pool. Everything in the room felt damp all the time. Our towels and swimsuits never dried despite hanging on racks for hours. Even the carpet and bedspread felt damp. The hallways and pool area were in desperate need of upgrades. The front lobby area and rooms nearby appeared to be more recently renovated. The outside parking lots desperately needed cleaned. There was trash all over. We paid WAY too much for a subpar stay."

"Staff is awesome! (Manager, desk staff, and housekeeping all great!) Suites are comfortable and recently updated. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean! Pool needs renovation along with the room the pool is in. We stay here when we come to NH to visit our children, and always pleased."
