"We couldn't have asked for a better stay at The Inn! The place was so comfortable, clean, had all the amenities we wanted and was beautifully decorated. The location couldn't have been better walking distance to all that we wanted to see in Portsmouth. In addition, it was super easy to check in and check out. It was the first time we went on vacation with our infant and it was the perfect set up (and appreciated the ramp for the stroller to get in and out of the 'apartment' we were in !). We'll be back for sure!"

"Had a first class stay at The Inn Downtown. We loved every aspect of this beautiful inn. Our “apartment” was sparkling clean. And clean makes me very happy. Beds and linens were super luxurious. Overall the inn was extremely quiet, we barely heard or saw other guests. The location is central to all the fun in Portsmouth. We found our go to accommodations when we come back home to visit!"

"We had never been to Portsmouth before and were passing through for one night on a family road trip. We took a chance on this hotel, based on photos and other reviews. I wanted something charming and not just a chain hotel. We absolutely loved it! The location can't be beat for walking around and exploring downtown. The room was beautifully updated with a lot of great amenities (lovely bathroom products, a noise machine, coffee maker, etc). We were on the top floor, so there were a lot of stairs, but we were aware of this before arriving, so that was no surprise or problem. It was quiet and very comfortable for our family of 4. I wish we could've stayed longer! We would most definitely choose to stay here again."
