"Similar experience. We have been trying to upgrade from studio to 2 bed for almost 2 months as our family situation. We were made to wait several weeks though there were apts available. I was told we will contacted, which never happened. When approached personally manager who was quite rude, inconsiderate and dismissive. She made us go back and forth few times and only to be told we have wait till our lease expires. Its unfortunate buildings are managed some rude people who are unreceptive to the needs of the locals. Management has to look into this. Overall poor experience for numbers of years I stayed. Noisy with the new upcoming upgrades. Agree that as the rent goes up yearly and its gets expensive. For residents Milstein is not a bad choice."
