"If I could put no stars I would the staff there was disrespectful I was kept hosagte in a room from a guy who refuse to let me out an the staff who work there came an ask is everything alright I said no he not letting me out an I want to leave they guy said yea she just haven't slept the worker took his word over mine that no safe place at all very disrespectful an don't care about there clients"

"Asked for wifi password and said no once I said it’s working because the network pop up on my phone he couldn’t explain it to me just said no and then just hang up the phone . Was a major issue checking in . I smacked the sheets and a lot of dust came flying out of it .needs major improvement especially when they lack professionalism especially."

"Runaway!!! This place has the worst customer service ever! Khan, the guy at the front desk, was very rude to me and my wife. He charged us $135 for a room. We go upstairs to discover pee in the hallway. In the room, there was a bad bad order. We automatically went to the front desk and complained. We ask for a refund bring it was only two minutes and he ignored me for 5 minutes and then said no refunds. We did not have the chance to experience a grace period and we lost our money. Furthermore, he called me a f#%¥ing idiot and told me to sell the room to another customer. Worst hotel ever. Stay far far away from roaches and bad service!!!!!! Go to Crown Inn around the corner. Much better motel than Friendly."

"Roach infested. People should be ashamed of themselves for even being open let alone taking peoples money. Walked in for a second killed one roach saw a million other walked right out didn’t touch anything out put down our bags we brought our own blanket and left it there that’s how sceevy it was. Got a return. Terrible disgusting."

"I asked if specific rooms were available and was informed yes. I proceeded to pay for the room and was given the key to an undesirable room. I stated there was an error and then all of a sudden the story was that the requested rooms were not available and earliest available one would be 2 hours from then. They said we could wait in given room and then they would transfer us. Two hour point came and went and after bringing up issue to front desk I was told that no confirmation had ever been given and that nothing could be done about the money wasted on this pathetic stay nor could they even add time to room to accommodate for the inconvenience. The front desk man wouldn’t provide number for manager or owner as requested to file a complaint either. At checkout, a different employee at the front desk, I come to find out that I was also mislead about the minimum stay and price. So, on top of the room issues, I was also overcharged."
