"Honestly I’m kicking myself for not going with Gene when I initially listed my co-op. From personal experience believe me when I say ...A good broker is hard to find, and is the main factor in getting your property sold!!!! After an awful experience with my initial broker, I contacted Gene and explained the problems I had encountered, he then provided me with insight into how things work and the issues with switching brokers before a contract was expired.
