"DO NOT BUY from this team. They sold me a home with illegally hooked up gas and left my family with no heat or hot water for almost 6 months in a “renovated” brownstone. Adam Sadel looked me in the eye and shook my hand and told me he and the seller would be there for us if any problems came up, but it was a flat out lie. When it came to light that the gas had been illegally and fraudulently hooked up by the seller, they told us sorry but it was our problem and should have come up in the inspection. Not trustworthy or people with integrity. If they are repping the house, find another one."

I've worked with Eduardo Venguer for about 5 months and he never disappointed throughout the whole process (ok maybe once, when there was a misunderstanding around what I thought was going to be the final walkthrough when it was actually the initial walkthrough instead, which delayed the closing date by a couple of weeks).
