"WARNING !!! This company is a scam!!! Be Aware!! On FB they go by MIMA NYC HOMES. They prey on people looking for housing, take the refundable application fee and say you are approved for "instant rent package"."
"Person named Naquan brown on IG scamming people out of 200.00 for an “application fee”. Do not send any money to these scammers pretending to work for this company. I emailed the company directly and they notified me indeed this person and others asking for 200.00 is a scam and does not work for this company or any real estate brokerage. By law in NYC you’re to pay no more than 20.00 for an application fee. Do not get scammed!"

"Yea I didn’t appreciate the experience I received like many of the reviewers here. Spoke to Robert S. Via Zillow. Answered the necessary questions, some of them twice. I was then ghosted with no response regarding a viewing. You would think for a brokers fee as high as the $2500 rent for most of these apartments they would be a little more inclined to provide adequate service. Proceeded to reach back out to him today because there was no other way to apply to the building I was considering other than going through him and the listing was taken off the market."
"Tried to get a viewing of an apartment in Queens spoke to someone online that promotes their rentals and they were very rude they asked for $200 for an application fee just to view the apartments and said that we can’t come into the office unless we pay $200. I informed the agent that transaction online is very abnormal without being able to come in to office he said that speaking to him over the phone with it was good enough. Also the agent didn’t really understand what I was saying and I speak great English it was overall just a rude transaction and I read up on the reviews and I wasn’t going to pay $200 and I can’t even come into office to see what they have or meet up with a realtor in person."
