"Beautiful building with great views from the rooms. Love being able to get coffee in the mornings before work and relaxing by the pool after work. The location is great as it is close to case western and the art museum along with many other walkable places. The staff were all helpful and nice as well."

"Terrible Terrible place to live!!! One year was to long at this place. You hear everything, a/c didn't work for months. I paid a lot of money to live in that dorm room. They will tow your vehicle even though you pay to park in the garage. You can't cook and run the washer machine at the same time because the breaker will trip. I called downtown to the regional supervisor and she gave less of a car then management in the building. I wouldn't recommend anyone living there. We had so many problems and nothing was getting done that we just stopped complaining and lived with the issues because we decided that we weren't staying. Also, not on them but you here non stop sirens all day and night because you're between the hospitals. Do not, I repeat so not put yourself through it!!!"

"THEY WILL BE VERY NICE TO YOU UNTIL YOU SIGN THE LEASE. Our A/C hasn’t worked since we moved in 2 weeks back. Complained everyday and no body cares. They will not return phone calls. They will not help!! They focus only getting new customers, but DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THE TENANTS. It is 90 degrees outside and we have a pet - but the Artisan staff doesn’t care !! Tragic !! Poor customer service!!"

"A beautiful building. The staff are exceptional and friendly. Very clean facilities, and I mean spotless! I met Kayla and Jess while I was there. Always a warm and sincere greeting. A very secure place, with rooftop pool and bbq areas. The pictures I added are the view from the 22nd floor. As a guest I was treated like I belonged there. A welcoming atmosphere prevails at the Artisan, Cleveland OH. I would highly recommend this organization."

"I stopped in without an appointment and expected to have to make one. The leasing agent was very welcoming and worked with me right away. She gave me a thorough tour and offered tons of information. The property is beautiful and spacious with tons of amenities. Decided to lease there immediately."
