"Management was HORRIBLE! They let us go almost a month with no heat in January and threatened to evict if I put my rent in escrow. There was a gas leak in my building and they didn’t notify or tell us about it at all I found out from a neighbor. The gas leak made it so we were without gas or hot water for a few days and they gave us not time frame on when it would be restored. They “fixed a pipe” in our building and shut the water off- again with no prior notice. I expressed not wanting anyone to do repairs while I wasn’t home and was frequently ignored. I was constantly being disrespected and the property itself wasn’t worth the rent increase we had, the grass was never cut and there was an excess of dog and goose feces all over. The parking lot is FILLED with potholes and glass. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!"
"We have been living here for almost 7 years and it is a nice community. Stores are close. There is a bus that picks people up if you need to take a bus anywhere. There is a nice playground here if you have kids. You can barbecue outside. With the new management, they are starting to remodel the apartments, and they look really nice. If you have a maintenance issue, they fix it quickly. The office manager is very helpful and friendly."
