"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Besides that, this place was really rough. Our shower was dirty and had pink bacterial slime growing on the shower head and grout. This is mildly dangerous and can cause a UTI or cold. Also, there was a used crusty tubberware in our room."
"Checked in a 5:00pm on a Friday, was advised that the reason I had no bath towels in the room was because the laundry wasn't done yet. They had no extra towels because they couldn't buy more until after the first of the year was the excuse I was given. A missing amenity I'm used to at hotels costing 1/2 the price of this hotel is the mini-fridge and micro-wave. Never again Marriott."
"I enjoyed my stay here. From Check-In to Check-Out, the staff here was absolutely on it! Everyone properly greeted you, smiled, and made eye contact. Where do you get that anywhere these days?! There were no problems with the room, everything was clean, I wasn’t bothered by any noise, and I got a good night of sleep."
"The hotel room door had a 1/2 gap around it. Stayed in room 225. You could see the hallway and hear people much clearer without a good door seal. Also the door lnob didn't lock. Spoke with the manager later that did. After I expressed my concerns. She said "the hotel is 20 years old and still settling. I got very little sleep that night. She offered no discount or anything. I told her I was going to conplain to the hotel corporate.. She ended the call quickly. I have pictures. Won't let me upload."
"The best customer service I have ever received! Shay went above and beyond! The entire staff was wonderful, but he added extra touches! The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. The oatmeal bar was amazing! I hope all Marriott properties learn to have staff like this team!"
