"I lived there for at least 8 yrs .,and especially the last 2 years have been horrible.. my unit was supposed to be updated it came with microwave not even a yr in it broke and was told they are no longer fixing those. a few other different things broke same response. I didn’t give a full 60 day notice on paper but left before my lease was up and was charged 13 days of rent.but they had someone move in soon as i move out .I have never rented from a company like them before and wouldn’t recommend it."

"My boyfriend and I recently moved in, and we absolutely love it so far! The management team has gone above and beyond- quick replies to any requests or questions, the move in process was super easy. We couldnt ask for more. The grounds are taken care of and cleaned often, the pool is beautiful and well maintained. The only "complaint" really is that the staircase is definitely pretty loud- so we hear people coming and going, but honestly things like that are expected within any apartment. Another thing I love is that people around here are very friendly. The neighbors are very kind . Definitely a safe and family friendly environment!"

"Place is great have not had any issues since I moved in. Chelsea made my transition from FL so easy. My apt is remodeled, spacious can't ask for more. We are happy here. I didn't give this 5 stars because of the amount of noise we endure at all times of the day and night by our upstairs neighbor. Walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING!. Other than that love the upkeep and the fact that I have laundry room in my building. No bugs no roaches. It's a win for me."

"The new management is 110% better since taking over late 2020. It's so pretty and clean and safe! Children playing, people walking, quiet peaceful and very spacious. Things get taken care of right away, and the office is so professional. Not like before. Pretty straight forward, pay on time, follow the rules, don't damage things, and respect your neighbors. Easy. The pool and landscaping was absolutely beautiful this year too. I would recommend River Run."

"I have lived at River Run for around six months now and I honestly love it. The apartment is nice and clean, the grounds are maintained, and any issues with the building are fixed fairly quickly. Rent is very affordable for the apartment size and upkeep. I've never had any issues with the neighbors besides the occasional loud children, but that is to be expected in apartment living. I've always felt safe in the complex. The only complaints I have were already listed- too many inspections and occasionally rude employees- but it is not to the point that it takes away from the apartment imo, and even if the office can get a bit snippy they still perform their jobs well and address concerns. The best part? Huge windows with lots of natural light!! Definitely recommend."
