"An interesting historical property right downtown; for example, the room have great high ceilings. The rooms and common areas, however, are showing their age (e.g., small holes in the shower curtains and room curtains, worn carpet). The customer service is also a bit lower than what one might expect but OK."
"Nice location right in downtown Warren and there's actually a decent bar with food down in the basement. Unfortunately that's about the less good thing I have to say. Our room had no windows but it did have a skylight that left the sun in at 5:30 in the morning and couldn't be blocked. The bed is one of the worst I've ever slept on it was so hard in uncomfortable. He definitely didn't vacuum when the meleeves cleaned our room and finally my wife had a bug of some sort on her after sleeping. Don't think we would ever stay there again."
"Great stay at this hotel for Tab Benoit concert at the Robin’s Theater which is a block away. Afterwards we stopped in the lounge bar downstairs for a few drinks and had a great experience. Bartenders were curious and made a mean vodka mule!"
"The hotel is in a wonderful location across from the Courthouse in downtown Warren, so walking to several bars, rear and stores is easy. Parking is easy but spaces can be used by the public so if there is an event the lot can get filled. The lobby and breakfast areas are nice. The bar downstairs is lively and has a good selection. The rooms need an update as they are old. We had an issue with our bathroom sink not draining and even after asking the front desk people to have someone look at it they did not. Pricing is fairly expensive for the area but there are not many other hotel options"
"I rarely leave reviews anywhere but I believe this place warrants one. I have only been checked in for a couple of hours but this place is great! I love how they have worked to keep the history of the building instead of making it like every other hotel. My favorite part is that my room is SO clean. There are even vacuum marks on the chair! I stay in A LOT of hotels and I have NEVER seen that before! Very impressive! I will definitely stay again next time I’m in town!!"
