"This is a fantastic place for a little winter getaway. The food at Gatsbys was delicious, and the service was amazing. We had the bartender, Alex, as our server, and he was REALLY good! The Roman bath area is beautiful. The wine bar downstairs was a nice area to sit and relax. The bartender there was a treat to talk to as well. He has a culinary background and uses it to make the most amazing drinks. The rooms are beautiful and big enough for a longer stay. I can't say enough about how kind the service is."

"Pleasant surprise in a small town. The rooms are a little dated but nice. Staff are very friendly and it was a relaxing stay. Best hotel in the area. Food at the atrium and Gatsby were best in the area as well. Very fresh seafood. Was pleasantly surprised."

"My husband and I just came back from a weekend getaway and it was an absolute delight! The service was outstanding - bartenders Justin, Paul and Grady were THE BEST!! Amazing cocktails, conversation and service from them- true professionals. Also, the Roman bath was a perfect extra amenity. We cannot wait to go back"

"We were there for a party in the small room near the fitness center but we walked around the facility and it looked amazing! Gorgeous features indoors and a fabulous outdoor patio and pool area. The meeting room we were in was nice enough but perhaps they were short staffed or were prioritizing another event because the food service wait staff was absent much of the time. It was especially noticeable once we were finished eating. It became clear no one was coming to get our plates so guests began clearing the table themselves and stacking plates on a built in counter on one side of the room. Eventually someone came to get them. There was a bartender in the room and she was with us the whole time and was great! She did what she could here and there to help with the table service but she had a steady flow at the bar and couldn't step away for more than a min or two. Plus, it's likely she wasn't supposed to leave the bar unmanned. Overall, for the four or so hours I was there, it looked to me to be a great place to visit. Living in NC I'm not sure that will happen but I recommend it to anyone in the OH/PA vicinity."

"Great location for a family gathering that provide fun for the kids, the adults and both at the same time. Excellent customer service from the desk to the housekeeping to the bar and pool staff. We felt welcomed and accommodated. Pro tip: snag a canvas cabana in the morning and you can use it into the evening. RV parking friendly AND if you can sneak out after the kids are in bed there is a great dive bar next to the resort called The Rig that serves food and drink til 2am. We will be back!"
