"These apartments are infested with bugs and are never in office or answer phone calls there is always drama with everyone's kids out here and constant vandalism or violence.... me and my family been waiting months for them to come fix things and they just ignore our work orders"

"These apartments or townhomes whatever you want to call them are so filthy on the outside. They advertise new apartments and most of them are not finished, this place should be flagged for false advertising. It’s always so trashy and dog pop everywhere out there. The maintenance are very ghetto and barely does any work.I wouldn’t recommend to nobody to live here. They bought this place for 2 million it should’ve been 2 dollars the place is worse than projects. The place should’ve been torn down instead of remodeled."

"You can tell the new owners have put a lot of work into this property. I went to visit this past week and was told they have renovated townhomes, repaired the roofs on every building, and have done a lot of exterior renovations including repaving the parking lot. There is also new management that is onsite and extremely helpful!"

"Hidden Village is a great name for these apts!! It's so sad they are in the shape they are in and for folks on limited income and having section 8, this is what is offered to us! The description is so misleading its ridiculous! Lies lies lies... very rundown and unkept. $35 app fee for what? The parking lot needs to be paved for starters... this place has great potential for an owner that actually care about their residents and the neighborhood they are in... Get it together Hidden Village!!!!"

"The property has multiple phone numbers listed and none of them go through to anything, not even the corporate phone number. We went to the apartment building and it looked run down, and just over all not taken care of and nothing like the listing pictures. It was kind of scary to be there to be honest. We went to the leasing office and there was a light on but the door was locked and no one answered when we knocked despite it being within the hours it says the office is open. There’s no way to get a hold of this apartment complex and it just seems really sketchy and like a scam. I would not even waste your time with it. It looks dirty and i wouldn’t feel comfortable or safe living there. The pictures make it look nice and welcoming but it is quite the opposite when you go there! I’m happy we decided using our best judgment to not submit an application online because who knows where our application fee would go and if we’d even get a response from them."
