"Overall holly isn’t bad I just feel like when it comes to issues she can care a little bit more. Our ac went out in the middle of summer and we were sitting waiting around had to keep calling to get updates on what was going on with it. It was 90 in our apartment. Our kitchen light fell out of the ceiling and almost fell on my head while cooking. After finding out the light wasn’t even installed properly. I feel the attention can be put towards other things sometimes but she is a good office person. Also can there be more ways to communicate to her since she’s always the one sending out the emails."

"Incredible staff!! I didn't like the rotten, uncertified maintenance woman!!! She was a no good thief who shouldn’t have been working there or living there!! But ever since holly came around things have been running so smooth she is very dedicated and hard working. Holly is one of the best employees we have ever had and i hope she sticks around for awhile!!"

"Holly is by far the greatest property manager north creek as ever and will ever see. I've been a tenant since it was new candlelight. So I've seen my fair share of property managers. Some other tenants may not like her but that's only because she ensures rules are followed. The pool for example, people leave their kids there unattended, as young as 4 years old. The pool is amazing but no one wants to watch someone else's kids because their parents would rather chance their young child's life so they can watch their TV. Holly follows the rules and won't allow things like this to happen. She cares about the tenants and the children. She understands the risk with leaving a 4 year old unattended as well as other children. Would you want your child to save another child from drowning? Do you feel confident in saying your kids can and will save another kid from a bully? That bully would then turn on your kid.. add water.. I personally, am in aw and envy Holly for having the courage to defend the children when their parents won't."

"I have been a tenant here for sometime. I am really impressed with the new manager and office crew. The new ownership had a ruff start but it seems like they have the right crew now. I can see a real change with the new property manager. The property is cleaner. She is responding to the people who just seem like they can do whatever they want, like blocking the roads or having trash or excessive pets at their homes, are starting the get all that cleaned up. Today, I saw her address some bad parents who think it is ok to allow their looked like 4-10 year old kids at the pool by themselves. She was very respectable and told them they need to have the pool pass and they have to be with their children while they are in the pool. They were the parents and children were disrespectful but she just told the to come get their pool pass tomorrow when the pool is open. Ummmmmm we should not lose our pool because your kid drowns. Good for her for standing up to these bully parents. She is always there anytime someone needs her. Keep up the good work. Anyone who has a bad thing to say about new manager and office crew clearly are one of the bad tenants in here making horrible for other tenants wanting to have an enjoyable living experience."

"Love North Creek Preserve, the leasing office & maintenance team there really go out of their way to make this community shine & feel like home. I love how centrally located we are! Just a short drive to the grocery store & highway. The on-call maintenance is super convenient, and the pool is our favorite spot in the summer. I look forward to being here many years in the future!"
