"I STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT RENTING FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE AWARE OF THEIR DISREGARD FOR RESPECTING RESIDENTS AND APPLICANTS. I CALLED AND THEY BASICALLY SAID THEY WERE AWARE THEY ATE DISRESPECTFUL AND THAT THAT WON'T CHANGE AND IF I DIDN'T LIKE IT THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TO RENT FROM THEM AT ALL. WORTHLESS MANAGEMENT."
"If I could give 0 stars I would. Who ever Chelsea(?), I think thats what the lady said her name was, when she answered the phone. I asked if there were any openings and she hung up, I then tried to call again, thinking maybe it was an accident the first time and the second time the phone was answered then hung right back up. A simple no or not at this moment would do. But to hang up on someone asking a question is rude. Maybe fix the people running the place and maybe you would get better reviews? Just plain RUDE!"
"I've lived here for 3 years now and I couldn't ask for a better place to live. They are alway right on top of maintenance. The only thing I would like to see is better landscape and more grass in the bare spots."
"This is the worst place you could ever live! They are discriminative to the mentally ill, they accuse people of things they are not guilty of, and the manager has no professionalism of any kind. If the owners of the apartments were smart they would get rid of her before a lawsuit occurs."
