"The pool area and lobby are lovely and spacious. We liked that the restaurant is attached as well. The room however is a dump. Completely run down, refrigerator didn't work. The bed thankfully was comfortable and pillows were good too but thats it. The room was missing base boards stains on the rug and shower tile grout half missing and tearing down. Shower water pressure was not good either."

"Internet stated they have a hot tub.. no hot tub..showers in the bathroom need replaced.. it was hard to stand in the shower because the bottom of the shower was uneven and no grab bars to hold onto... hard time regulating water temperature"

"Dirtiest rooms I've ever seen at a hotel. The first room I got smelled rotten, had blood/food/unknown stains on the curtains, chair, and floor, hair and nasty stains on the bedding, and somebody's cut toenails on the floor. The mini fridge was propped up on a ceiling tile that was sopping wet. Floor of the bathroom was sticky. After taking one look at this, I went to the front desk to change rooms. They gave me another room which was a slight improvement. It still smelled and the A/C unit was crazy loud and faced the pool so it made the room humid and the carpet and bedding were damp as a result. Clearly they don't have a housekeeper right now because the floor hasn't been vacuumed in god knows how long. I made the mistake of walking barefoot that night and my feet were completely black. The shower also leaked constantly. The only reason we stayed here was there were no other hotels available due to the farm show and the rate reflected a mid-level hotel. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable room, do not stay here."

"The 50% of hotel is under remodel! The back doors were open during the day. When I arrived to my hotel room I did not do a thorough check as I just dropped my bags off I came back to my room at 111:00 p.m looked around and my room and seen it was dirty. The floor had crumbs on it. The bathroom and bed had hair on it. Too of toilet had dust/dirt. One of the bed shams had food sauce on it. The towel rack was broken. The following morning at 6:00 A.M I let the hotel know about my room. The gentleman did not offer a different room but instead said someone would clean my room. By 10:00 a.m no one had service my room. I went back to front desk and explain what was going on the woman said she will have someone come clean my room. By 1:00pm no one house keeping had yet to come service the room I went down to the front desk for the 3rd time to request a new room or someone to clean my room. At this time the front desk woman advise I would have to be present because my belongings were in the room. No credit, discount or room change was offered. I had to then wait for house keeping to come. When the house keeping arrived the manager was with the woman who originally “cleaned” the room. The woman told be that Erica (the woman who “cleaned”) the room cleaned the room and knows what she is doing and that she will not argue with me. I advise I’m not arguing and showed her the issues I had. She reference I should have said something right away. I explain I didn’t get back into the room until 11:00pm and spoke to someone first thing in the morning. House keeping notice the towel rack was broken and had maintenance come to repair it. I had to wait until both house keeping and maintenance was done. This took away from the obligations I had. I asked for the hotel manager’s contact several times and the front desk agent refused to provide the information to me. The rooms also are outdated. Air conditioner outdated and the remote control was missing. The parking lot has a hole in the front entrance as well. I honestly do not suggest anyone to stay there it was a horrible experience."

"New owners are lacking in attention to detail. I stayed here with my family recently and had a not great experience. At check in the staff were making personal calls and leaving them on speakerphone. The first room we checked into the air conditioning was broken and it was 80 degrees and humid. Staff were reluctant to let us change rooms thinking we did not know how to operate an air conditioner. Oddly there was no mini fridge in this room and the hotel ice machine was broken. In the new room the ac worked and there was a mini fridge but when I went to put our leftovers from the delicious nearby mexican restaurant in the fridge I found leftovers from the previous guests. The bathroom ceilings were moldy in both rooms. Had a fun time in the pool. Overall if this hotel improves their maintenance team it will be a great place to stay."
