"We arrived at the hotel around 3:30 for our 3:00 check-in. We were notified that our room wasn't ready yet, but that it would be shortly. We were part of a large group with a lot of young children that had traveled from out of town and been on the go with our kids since early that morning. We were all camped out in the lobby and pool (which was the only small saving grace). -- An hour went by, still no available room, another hour went by, still no available room. The last of us didn't get into our rooms until 6:00, 3 hours after check-in!!! We understood that the 3 staff members working were doing their best, the most disappointing thing about the whole situation is that no manager was present, despite the front desk gal attempting to get the manager to come in and assist. Also disappointing was that when I called the 800# and spoke with someone, I was told I'd get a call back from a manager within 3 days and I never received that call either. There's clearly a serious lack of management not only at the location, but from the organization as a whole."
"We used this hotel for guests to stay at for our daughters wedding. They were great to work with! They returned calls in a timely manner, and were organized and accommodating. Our guest appreciated be able to use their spacious seating/eating area to gather to visit in the evenings. Thank you for your part in making this past weekend so enjoyable."
"Michelle at the front desk was so friendly and efficient. She got us checked in super fast which is exactly what you want after being on the road all day. The rooms are clean and have everything we need. Highly recommend."
"We checked in at 1:30 am. The Lady was Super Friendly & Polite. Acknowledged us being Hilton Honors. Wish other Big Brands had Employees like her. The Suite was Nice and spacious. We would DEFINITELY stay here again."
