"They do not have a hot tub, their website says they do. The pool water was rather cold, which seems to be all Hiltons anymore. Is nothing fancy, just your average hotel. The breakfast was the best part of the hotel."

"We stayed in this place over Thanksgiving. The first room e were given was used and dirty with trash and unmade beds. Second room was ok. My husband is in a wheelchair. He accidentally left the headrest to his chair when we left. Once we realized we called. We were told the room had not been cleaned. They would call me back. I went back in person the next day. I was told they would check with housekeeping and call me back. I checked every day for 5 days. Each day I was told they would call back…no call backs. I asked for the manager and was told he would call me back..no call. On the 5 th day I again asked for the manager and was told they didn’t have it and this was not their problem. I asked for the general manager and left a message. No call back. The headrest is large metal 12 inches long. Hard to mistake for anything else. I was treated in such a disrespectful manner with no attempt to solve the issue. I would never stay here again."

"This is a very nice and clean hotel. The rooms were very spacious. We love staying at Homewood Suites! The staff was friendly and helpful. The four stars are based strictly on the Wednesday night reception and the breakfast. It’s all included in the price, but I think we were expecting something a little more fun and substantial at the reception. There were two soups, garlic bread, and some salad type items and a fruit punch. There were no staff around and very few people. There were cookies which we appreciated. I guess we thought it would be more like Embassy Suites receptions. The breakfast had a lot of choices. However the eggs were only warm and watery and the sausage wasn’t breakfast sausage but a type of sliced andouille sausage. There were plenty of other items though and the fresh fruit was a nice touch. All in all for the price we paid most hotels don’t even have hot food, so it was a good stay for the money."

"Arrived at 4am due to flight delays, I stayed in contact with the front desk while we were traveling and they were very understanding of our situation. Had us already checked in and key cards ready so we could just go straight to our room. Front desk staff was so friendly and accommodating for our 6 nights here. Always happy to run towels up to the room when requesting extras. John, the front desk manager, made sure our group had everything when needed during happy hour. Plenty of food and drinks. Highly recommend staying here. Great employees, great location."
