"I’ve always stayed here while in town, I love coming here. The price is reasonable and staff has always been super nice. Coming back this Saturday for my buddy’s birthday and this was the only option for me!"
"Room was remodeled. Mini fridge never got cold. Hot tub is actually a jacuzzi tub. And old!!! T.V. was stuck on SyFy, remote didn't work, had to call front desk to get it fixed. Most of the rooms were being remodeled. Hallway to front desk was full of "workers" . Couldn't get around them. Breakfast was cereal and waffles, NO JUICE!!! I expected more for $165 !!!! Thankfully we only stayed 1 night.."
"Whenever I'm traveling in Iowa, I make sure to stop and stay here. Rooms are clean, newly renovated, and very comfortable. This hotel is CLC friendly and has truck parking in the back. It's in a great location being close to the highway but not on the highway, so it's very quiet. There's a very popular Mexican restaurant next door and several other restaurants and cafés within walking distance or a short drive."
"Owner is from India and he’s a CROOK!! We paid $20 for our 11lb emotional service dog. That charge should cover ‘dog incidentals’, however, he called us after we had left and said our dog pooped in the room—we know this was false. Then, he charged our bank card $100 for a carpet cleaning fee!!!! Totally deceitful hotel owner!!!"
"My name is Al and I recently stayed at Super 8 in Ankeny for a couple of weeks.My stay was very nice the rooms and facilities were first class and the staff was first class as well. I will look forward to staying at Super8 again on my next trip. Thanks"
