"Great customer service, nice people, good location for travelers/workers, big open spot for your dog to run and play. Only down fall is none of the phones work in the rooms and they know that but don't fix it."
"If you are a traveller stay away from this hotel at all costs. The Refrigerator ran but did not cool despite being turned to coldest setting. Shower lever would not move, i.e. couldn't turn it on. Wall heating and cooling unit was so noisy I had to unplug it from the wall. Spend the extra 20 dollars and go somewhere else"
"For people staying an extended period of time the value, service, and location is the cheapest I found. The staff there were understanding, patient, and willing to work with you. The location was perfect for me because is right of the interstate. The room was a little out to date, nice sized because I had a handicap accessible room, the room was clean to a certain extent when arriving there, although with me being a neat freak there are areas that the housekeeping need to really improve on."
"The room smell like a dog kennel. I even tried fabreeze spray that i got from front desk. The noise above us was terrible ALL NIGHT and no one at front desk to help. We left in the early morning due to all the noise and totally exhausted to continue our trip. The noise did not stop.Worst experience in a hotel. The suites have a kitchen but nothing in it not even a coffee pot of paper plate or cup. 3 adults and was allowed 2 towels and that was it."
