"I have rented for over 15 years and this is the best place I have lived! They are extremely responsive to emails and maintenance requests. I sometimes just go visit the ladies in the office because they make me laugh and brighten my day. You can tell how much they care about the community and they are always kind and helpful."

"The two office ladies are extremely disrespectful and liars. They also downgraded snow removal this year and then lied about them saying their new service is more expensive…I know the company that did it before, latitude 41 are a lot of ankeny graduates and they told me brick town downgraded because they raised their prices. They raised everyone’s rent and then downgraded services? Landlord scum and the office ladies are so disrespectful about it and told me I gotta shovel my own garage out…anyway their website clearly states snow removal is included in rent…embarrassing, and seriously get some more respectful staff I’ve seen so many complaints about them in the 2min I read reviews. I would not rent from this place, dog waste is everywhere, cars stay parked in spots for months and if you complain the office ladies just get mad at you, they are extremely unprofessional. I will say the maintenance guys are the only good thing about this place. He is extremely nice and gets stuff in a very timely manner. You will see multiple nice reviews about him and will see multiple nasty ones about the office ladies."

"Resident from 2021-2023. Pros: - Controlled access, very safe. Which also meant indoor hallways which was nice in the winter! - Reasonable. $825-875 for 1br while I was there. (Decent internet included) - W/D in every unit included. - Timely maintenance. - Plenty of parking, not assigned. - Didn't gouge my deposit. Actually got the whole $500 back. - The area, for now, is pretty quiet. Not a lot of road noise and such. Cons: - The walls/floors are made of paper. I could hear my neighbor's phone vibrate with every text, loud enough that I mistook it for my own several times. You can make out about 50% of conversations. - The office staff is never in, I mean NEVER! There is a note permanently affixed to the door that they are "out on the property" and they never answer the phone. - The shower is tiny! Like pull a muscle trying to shave your legs tiny. - The pool is pretty small which is also a hot spot and a lot of former residents come there and it becomes one huge pool party. If you're trying to just chill by yourself, good luck. - Storage. The water heater takes up most of one closet. The W/D take up the other so you're basically left with the walk in bedroom closet."

"Don't rent from them. ESPECIALLY don't sublease from them. They rented our apartment out to someone else without telling us, after originally telling us we had the option to re-sign our lease, and now we have to leave in a week and a half, and I'm due to have a baby right when they're making us leave. They are claiming that they gave us notice, but they did not (i have proof, and will be taking legal action), and are blaming everything on us. Just trust me when I say you do not want these uncompassionate, poor communicators to be your landlords!! It's not worth it."
