"The staff is kind and helpful. I have nothing but positive things to say about them. The apartment is also relatively issue free. That is about where the good things end however. This apartment has one of the worst layouts I think possible. The walkway to get into your apartment is right next to your window for your bed and living room. So you want to leave the windows open to get some sunlight? Unless you want strangers looking into your living room/bedroom forget it. The parking lot lights also shine directly into your bedroom so you can forget having them open in the dark either. Not only that but the deck is extremely loud. You are very likely to be woken up by your neighbor working the nightshift or from someone coming home late at night. You will also have to get used to the constant background noise of the interstate. I recommend buying a earplugs and a blindfold if you plan at living at Ashbrooke."
"Affordable apartments in a great location close to the interstate and shopping centers. The office staff is very accommodating/responsive to tenant requests and questions to help provide a pleasant experience. The laundry and common areas are always kept clean. The pool, dog park, and 24/7 fitness center are great benefits of living with Ashbrooke Apartments."
"I have been with Ashbrooke for over 10 years. The property is beautiful with its lake and pool. The management office is always professional and maintenance takes care of my service requests in a timely manner. I would recommend Ashbrooke to my friends and family."
"My boyfriend and I lived here for a year and it was a great first apartment! Jodi and Hannah at the office were always so nice and accommodating, the maintenance men were fast, helpful, and super kind to us! We really got to make the most out of living here AND got our full deposit back!! Love it, thank you Ashbrooke!"
"I love living here!! Best apartment I have lived in, yet ♡ Hanna was an absolute angel to my roomie & I when we initially moved in! We had a little delay with the renovations and move-in date but that's okay, Jodi & Hanna made it worth it! We haven't spoken much to Brandon yet but he does seem very nice and helpful!! My favorite thing about Ashbrooke is the lake overview. Absolutely stunning :)"
