"The amenities are great, the apartments are great. They keep increasing the rent and don’t really do anything to actually improve on the apartments. Last year they transitioned from regular key locks to electronic keys and then increased rent about a 100.00. They hire out to do snow removal. However the snow removal is terrible in the appartments around me. It took them 3 days to finally remove the snow in front my garage. This was how they cleared out snow from our garage. And said it was “cleared”"

"I have lived at Woodland Reserve for almost three years now and have loved it. I have not had many issues where I needed maintenance, but when I have, they're responsive and respectful and get the job done. Woodland Reserve does a lot for their community, too. They hold a lot of events to get everyone involved. I also feel like the price I pay for what I get in the area is nice. I'm close to grocery stores, gas stations, and a short drive from just about anywhere else in Ankeny."

"Very disappointed about the pet situation here. I rent an apartment here and i have a dog. When i moved in i was told i needed to pay a $65 fee to have my dogs dna submitted so if i don’t pick up the poop they can figure out where it’s coming from and whoever owns the dog will be fined $160 for not picking up the poop. Well i paid the fee which is fine and not an issue because i pick up after my dog. But the other day i stepped in poop letting my dog out and the grass is completely full of poop all around my building. They are completely lying when they say they will go after the people who do not pick up after their pets. They do not enforce that policy and i would suggest saving your money and not submitting your animals dna because no one picks up the poop anyway and it’s just a way for this rental property to charge you more money for a service they don’t even use"
