"Watermark at Gateway has been a pleasure to live at! We’ve been here just over a month and moved from out of state. The leasing staff was so helpful getting us set up with options to view units and complete paperwork from afar. Hayleeann( leasing agent) was so attentive and quick to respond with all and any questions, even recommending places to check out in the area. -great pool area and clubhouse, gym - amenities included are amazing- with comfortable poolside seating. - large dog run with real grass. Most residents have dogs and everyone is friendly! - staff responsive with internal requests for service or questions. -maintenance request submitted through app ( quick response always) -plenty of parking and attached garages -night garbage valet - picked up from your doorstep! We highly recommend Watermark @ Gateway"

"Such amazing staff! We literally met the whole staff in one day and everyone was sincerely and genuinely nice, funny, outgoing and so welcoming. Even as we drove around neighbors were waving and smiling. Haleeann, was absolutely amazing, she didn't just try to get us in, she actually went out of her way to get us as many incentives and deals as possible. Touring the unit we're about to move into was awesome, the floor plan for the Lang is amazing and exactly what we need (married couple with 1 year old). We're so excited to move in. It's close to everything you could ever need and we've lived in a few other luxury apartments in Gilbert but in comparison everything in here is way better quality than the other places we've rented. Gina and Haleeann were so helpful and truly cared about getting our family into a good place during a tough time."

The floorplans are very spacious and had everything I was looking for, also the units have attached garages which is wonderful.
