"when I was getting the apartment, they called me every single day to get my down payment and my first and last months rent. As well as they emailed me every day. When I needed to reach out to them after getting said apartment I emailed them and called left messages and still got no answers. Even went to the office and no one was there. These are the worst apartments. Do not stay here. I try to give the benefit of the doubt within the reading the reviews and so many people were stating that these were awful apartments they were correct."
"Very friendly staff, love that they have the pet stations throughout the complex. Pools are very clear and can see they have recently purchased new pool furniture."
"I miss San Clemente even though I was treated kinda odd when I gave notice. A 60 day notice meant no repair if my dryer or any other maintenance work. I hung laundry all 9ver my apartment! I miss the friends, the maintenance staff who only follow orders, and ... But not the anguish of annual recertification imposed by the government, I don't miss feeling like I was a prisoner by the management staff and owner, noticed that IF OR YOU ARE FINED... Etc. Most bad reviews are sadly accurate."
"I have lived here a little over four months and have had nothing but bad experiences. I paid my rent all the way through my lease but they will fine you for every little thing no warning. The office lady dawn is rude and harassing. She made me tow my car somewhere else even though it ran and had current registration. But there are 6 vehicles by me that have cob webs , dust and haven’t moved since I moved here. They’re worried about that but not about the drug selling / using happening right next to me. They DO NOT care about their residents at all what so ever."
"We have lived here since April and have loved living here! The apartment is spacious and clean with high ceilings and brand new carpets. The maintenance guys have always been very prompt and helpful whenever we have had a problem. The neighbors are all friendly and the location is great. Quiet and peaceful setting with plenty of parking. The only reason why I'm giving it 4 stars is because the move-in process was a bit too complicated and some of the amenities in the apt are outdated."
