"Wow, I just moved in and Jonathan made the process incredible from begining.to the end. He was so helpful with the first phone call up throughout the entire process. The apartment is beautiful. The grounds are very clean. Im amazed at the gym and clubhouse. Ehen Jonathan wasnt there, Skyler stepped in and didnt miss a beat. I really like this team. So far so good."

"I've been living here for about a month now and wow it's been great. The units are luxurious and very spacious, the location is perfect as everything is nearby, my dog loves his walks here, prices are reasonable, staff is friendly, and it's pretty calm here. The only negative I can think of is that I don't get much natural light because the units in the back are very close to the trees, which block the sunlight. Hopefully, when they trim the trees, I'll be able to get some natural light. Overall, very good. 5 stars."

"Office staff is very responsive to messages and taking care of situations that arise. I have had no issues requiring maintenance in my unit since moving in which has been great. Leasing process is very straightforward and can essentially be done completely online with just a call or two to confirm things. Best apartment location in Gilbert you could ask for. Quiet but still near absolutely everything, the freeway, downtown Gilbert etc. Grounds are kept clean and are very nice as well. Beautiful kitchens and matching cabinets and counters in the bathroom. Sounds from neighbors above is rather loud but don't typically hear neighbors to the sides of my unit."

"The grounds are well kept, the amenities are decent, the floor plan I'm in is spacious and the staff are friendly. My only knock is that walls are a little thin, leading to a little more noise than I would prefer. Otherwise, it's been a fine place to live for the past year."

"I am convinced that the positive reviews are written by staff, because every one of my neighbors says differently. The staff simply does not care even in the slightest. They will tell you what you want to hear and then ignore you. When you bring them an issue, they get defensive and rude then do nothing about it. They let cars park for months in uncovered spots so you have no where to park. They only make an issue when it’s in front of their office, because they can’t con more people to live here if there’s nowhere for them to park. They have ZERO security. I’ve had two catalytic converters stolen and my car robbed. They do not care. Do not move in here. It is the worst place I’ve ever lived. All I’ve asked for is communication when issues happen, and they never contact me again. The list of issues is never ending."
