"I am writing this 5 star review simply because of Edgar, who is a part of the maintenance staff. Most apartment complexes are complete nightmares when it comes to getting any maintenance request done in a timely manner if at all, but Vistara is extremely lucky to have Edgar. Edgar is incredibly responsive and helpful to any issue that may arise. I have had a couple emergency maintenance issues that happen at inconvenient times of the day, and on weekends, which can be scary. In these situations, I have always contacted Edgar as he is very reliable and actually has the urgency to help, which is so rare in most complexes. I know it will get done as quickly as he can, and it will always be done correctly. I can’t say enough good things about him, and I’m grateful to have such a great maintenance staff here!!"

"I’ve enjoyed living here for a year now and will extend my stay. I’d say the maintenance service is a major reason why I’m still here. The staff is very friendly and responsive. It’s good to know the take good care of the units and people. Edgar has responded to our maintenance requests different times and he’s very friendly and knowledgeable. He takes care of things on a quick and clean manner. Derrick and Michelle are also great. I had an emergency one night and a Michelle called and arrived quickly. She took care of it and I was so relieved for such a quick response. Derrick has responded to other maintenance requests and he takes good care of things. I appreciate the team a lot."
