"I lived here for 1yr worst move ever. First off office staff is very disrespectful to the tenants of color. if you are people of color this is no place for you save your money find else where to live . Carla is the office manager and she is the most disrespectful person I've ever met . First off they bait you in like it's going to be ok just to get your money then show you racist exists . They have attitudes when you're putting work orders in like it's them (office staff) that's fixing the problem which is crazy . I noticed racism my first week living in this complex and ask for my money back to move else where in which I paid up a whole year in advance I was charged full market price $1864 over priced for a 808 sq ft 2br 2 bath apartment. I would be out of town and would receive emails that loud noises was coming from my apartment and I sent emails back like I'm not in town mind you it was only myself that lived in apartment at the time so they were picking on me and I was'nt even in town crazy right. The tenants would let there dogs poop in front of my apartment yard no pick up or nothing . Caucasian tenants call the police to my apartment liying saying I egged their car . I go to management about the racial comments and gestures by tenants nothing was ever done. I'm feed up time to move I let management know I'm moving and received a not on my door the same day about christmas decorations that I was taking down needed to be removed by the !7th or else I will be fined lol . Just please find elsewhere to live corporate gets these staff in office to manage there properties and they are there puppets to do there dirty work for them this place was awful."

"Hand to God,I love living here. Everything is perfectly spaced, clean and pretty. All amenities are included with a gym, pool and cookout patio and each unit has its own washer and dryer. Dog friendly and most residents are pretty friendly as well. There is a really nice playground right across the street in a huge grassy area for kids to play, close to downtown Gilbert, many stores to shop at and the finest places to eat. It was so disheartening to read the other reviews residents' have written about Gilbert Greens in such a negative and slanderous way. These are the ones who probably have no life experience and have lived in Gilbert or Scottsdale the majority of their lives. This place is beautiful and if its "so horrific," why in the world would somebody's daughter leave them in the complex that's so horrific for 22 years?! That has to speak for something... The only ones at fault here is the mother-daughter duo that hated their home so much they stayed there two decades+ That's of no fault of the complex that the mother /daughter didn't like it here but stayed SO long. That's because they are gaslighting the apartment complex team and making it seem as though they are the problem. Sounds fishy to me."

"I had a maintenance issue happen in the middle if the night, a non emergency. I called and left a message and thought it would take till the office opened at 9am to get any assistance. However management got back to me at 6am and were very courteous and took care of my problem as quickly as possible. They also sent maintenance to do a follow up check to make sure i didn't have any other issues or questions. This was a positive and encouraging interaction with management that I have had since living here in the apartments!"
