"So far my experience with management has been great. Reyna in the office was very communicating, and was a tremendous help getting in. There are too many amenities to list given the area. The apartment looked great when I moved in. The grounds are well kept and there seems to be a great deal of remodeling that's been done in the last few years. Overall everything is fantastic! The only thing I don't like so far is Gilbert road lol not fun to turn in and out of when you're coming from any direction."
"The process for renting was fairly smooth from start to finish. Reyna, the property manager, helped with all the leasing documents and quickly got me approved to move-in by the end of the week. It’s a quiet community equipped with a dog park, playground, pool, and fitness center. Each resident has one covered parking space as well. I’ve only made one request with maintenance but they responded quickly and took care of the issue within a couple of days. So far, loving our new home!"
"New ownership I expected rent increase but double rent is not acceptable. All these renovations are cosmetic outside building no upgrades to current resident units. Very upsetting pool closed pretty much all summer after 4th of July with increased rent and not being able to utilize amenities of complex is an issue. Very disappointed resident will not be renewing lease"
"Nice apartments, good service, and nice people. Not worth $1800+ though. I've loved living here for 3 years now and I was a little nervous when I saw that the complex was bought by another company. I now realize my gut feeling was correct when they raised my rent by near-$800. The new owners seem to be ridiculously money-hungry considering I could rent a house for $1550. I say good luck to all the other residents once their leases are nearing their end. I for one am not going to be renewing."
