San Privada

"San Privada is a great place to live. It's quiet and calm, while only being minutes away from great shopping centers. The apartments have great staff that are extremely helpful. Gloria, especially, is always excited to answer any questions I may have and is very friendly and personable. I've enjoyed living here."

"Pros: Living at San Privada was a phenomenal experience. The front desk staff always took quick action to resolve any issues and threw a fantastic summer pool party with great food, drinks, and activities! The manager, Cayla, takes a detail-oriented approach to property management. I even saw her in the maintenance supply area once inspecting new fixtures to be installed and stood at the entry gate during acceptance testing to ensure the work was completed correctly. My unit was nearly brand-new with modern appliances and custom built-ins to maximize the space. The facilities included a clean, updated apartment gym facility and a sparkling pool area. Cons: Rent is pretty high here and constantly increases. The area is very nice/safe and a great location but there is consistently drag racing along Pecos at 11pm on Friday/Saturday nights. The gate typically has a backup of non-residents trying to get into the property. They typically try to swing in through the exit gate causing more backups. Despite having weekly exterminator services and daily property cleanups, there are still bugs (spiders and roaches) all over the property but the office is quick to have the exterminator give an extra spray at your unit when I reported this."

"We’ve been at San Privada almost 4 years. The management & maintenance teams do care about keeping the property nice for all residents, which I appreciate. There’s many things I could say but this review is primarily for 2 of the staff members I interacted with recently. Gloria was super helpful with questions I had recently. She also tends to be the person I seem to interact with most often & she’s helpful & has a pleasant personality. To add, the maintenance man named Raul was super friendly to my dog Tyson this morning. It’s the little things that matter & having him engage with us with a smile and sweet words was refreshing. He also had just gotten finished cleaning the BBQ grills and they were looking sparkly clean. Overall just seems like the staff as a whole cares about what they’re doing to care of the property & the people who call San Privada home."
