"They stated they had the part (alternator) to replace in my car already..I made an appt for a week later at 8am..Showed up early and was first one there.. Then was told they did not have the part but could get it by 10am... I said fine but I needed a guarantee it would be done by 1pm.. Was advised NO they could not do that..No apology and customer service was no existant. Will not recommend or every use the place again.."
