Firestone Complete Auto Care

"Would not recommend this Firestone to anyone. Came in last week for a leaking tire, exhaust rattling and issue with my gas tank. Told me they don’t work on exhaust or gas tanks…so you don’t do complete auto care. Had an appointment and still waited 2.5hrs. Said they fixed my tire and its leaks worse than before. Made an appointment and was assured I would not wait when coming back. Brought it back, almost an hour goes by and they still haven’t looked at my truck. Left without it even being seen, will not be coming back."

"The employee there said they probably canceled my Firestone credit card because it was the older one. After a 20 minute customer service call we confirmed the card was still active. I ordered a set of 4 tires and they told me they’d call when it arrives. They never called me so I called in for an update. They assured me my order was in. They took my tires off and after 40 minutes told me that they ordered the wrong size tires. All in all I spent over an hour to leave with no tires and now have to wait for my card to be refunded. Incredibly disappointed with the service and will not be putting myself through that again."

"Scheduled my appointment the day before on February 14 for February 15 at 2 PM went over to my Ford dealership prior to that where their prices are outrageous got better service and got my vehicle faster than going to the Ford dealership. I have always been happy with this Firestone location for the last 13 years that I have lived in Surprise Arizona, Matt was very knowledgeable and respectful and also honest. Matt gave me 100% customer satisfaction and told me that my vehicle is good for a while. I also prescheduled my appointments with Matt. For March promo between the March 01 and the 10th doing my 80,000 mile tuneup on my vehicle which Matt showed me the promo to save money. Very happy and satisfied with the work they did on my truck never been disappointed yet."

"I routinely use this Firestone location for its convenience to my home. I have only had one issue in the past with rude customer service (2 years ago) but I elected to return due to Ron’s (service writer) friendliness and professionalism. On this visit I worked with Vito who was very friendly and accommodating to my needs and working with my extended warranty company which covers part of my service costs."

"I called this Firestone location on Bell road and Cotton lane Surprise AZ and had asked if they could mount and balance a new set of tires I had purchased and they said yes. I then told Matt the size of my rims… Two are 20x10 and Two are 20x11 and the tires sizes are 305/30/20 and 285/30/20 and he said yeah we can do it bring them down.. I loaded them up took them down and dropped them off and about 4 Hours later I get a call from Matt saying hey these tires are too wide the 305s and they won’t fit the wheels. I asked are you mounting the correct tire on the right wheel and he said yes. I said I will come down and take a look so I did. They seemed very confused and absolutely were 100 % Sure in their brains the 305 wide tires wouldn’t fit the 20x11 wheel. I had asked a few more questions and they seem lost and confused.. after a few more words they wanted to go with another tire size smaller in width so they could mount them. i said order your brand tires in and we will try them. Meanwhile i called down to the Wheel company I purchased the wheels from and told them what hat was going on with the 305s not fitting the 20x11 wheel and he just laughed and said we do thousands of them wheels in that size and obviously they don’t know how to do it or they don’t have the right tire machine. I then asked if they could mount and balance the wheels and he said bring them down we will have them done in 30 min. I took the tires to Chandler AZ all the way from Surprise to have them mounted and balanced. Element wheels Chandler AZ .. was able to get it done zero issues. I sure don’t like being played for a fool this is why I putting this review up. FIRESTONE TIRES NEEDS RE TRAIN THEIR EMPLOYEES ON WHAT TIRES FIT WHAT WHEEL AND MAYBE A GOOD IDEA WOULD BE TO BUY THE PROPER TIRE MACHINES TO PERFORM THE WORK RATER THE STROKING THE CUSTOMER ALONG. The tire machine Element tires used to installed the 305/30/20 on the 20x11 wheels was a Hunter TCX 575.. Hint Hint Firestone…….My trust in Firestone has gone out the window."
