"Absolutely terrible customer service. The man I talked to was 0 help. No options for shipping. Says you have to call for expedited shipping so I called and he said my orders already confirmed and didn’t want to do a single thing to help out. Will NEVER EVER order from these people again. Keep this in mind when you order! Was willing to pay whatever it takes to get the shipping faster but after this I’ll never use these people or reccomend them to anything"
"Ordered the smoke tinted LED taillights for a 2020 Ford Ranger. James Schoenhofen at Tech Support was very helpful and answered all my questions. The installation video on YouTube was excellent. The taillights fit perfectly, work as advertised and look great. Highly recommend this product for anyone thinking of dressing up their vehicle. Quality Parts and Excellent Service."
"by far the worst company to buy from!!! 0 customer service! in the other hand BnW manufacture went be on to tried to get me all taken care of, Stage 3 Motorsports warehouse will shipp you the package missing parts and tell you to call the manufacturers to take care of the missing parts, when I spoke to Chris at Stage 3 Motorsports I told him that when the boxes arrived at my house was totally destroyed and all taped up with clear tape, Chris proceeded to tell me that was UPS fault of my missing parts, after we talked I look closely at the boxes and noticed that all the damage's in the boxes and all the clear tapes was under the shipping labels witch clearly tells me that all that was already there before Stage 3 Motorsports shipped my boxes. just not a good way of doing business. I've also contacted UPS and sent them the pictures that clearly shows that the boxes was already destroyed before putting shipping labels on. will NEVER BUY AGAIN FROM THIS unproffessionals careless crooks that puts blame on someone else's for there jobs, I'll post some pictures here."
"Ordered new wheels. Shipping took about a week and a half so longer than advertised . It's hard to complain with how crazy the world is currently though. Yet so easy to complain when you're impatient and stuck at home waiting for parts for your truck lol. Smooth ordering from start to finish. Will use Stage3 again"
