"Brought my vehicle in to complete a health inspection and check specifically for a creaking noise during steering and also periodic slow acceleration. For the health inspection alone it cost $360 for them to test drive the vehicle and raise it in the shop to have a look. Estimate for recommended services totaled over $4000. I was able to be told a description of everything wrong with the vehicle which is good, but the inspection alone shouldn't have cost $360 when I have multiple sources stating online that the specific inspection procedures that they did shouldn't have cost more than $150. As for the "repair" costs, I might as well get a new car."
