"I found myself in a stressful situation with a flat tire at the gas station next to this O’Reillys. The air pump was broken, my tire was done for, I had no tools or spare tire, but thank God I decided to walk into O’Reillys because Austin went above and beyond to help me! I wish more places had someone like Austin! I went in with little hope because I figured there’s not much they could do for me but Austin happened to know someone at a nearby shop and was able to make sure I got the help I needed right away! Not a lot of people go out of their way like this anymore. This will be my go to auto part store from now on for the simple reason that they have employees that truly care!"

"First time at this location and glad I picked this store. I needed a battery and the staff here was awesome. They had exactly what I the vehicle required. In and out in no time. Great experience. The prices are good, but more importantly the products are great quality. I was working on my mother in law's car, and knowing that she won't get stranded somewhere is worth the price. Don't get a bargain battery that will let you down!"

"About 14 years ago I was told to purchase a brake-light from O'Reilly and they would help me install it. I went to the Peoria location and after purchase I asked for some assistance and was told a firm, flat-out "no" in a way that surprised me and I left feeling terrible for asking. My husband told me this morning to go to O'Reilly for my windshield wipers and they would help me install them. I told him exactly what happened last time I asked for help and how he ended up installing it for me (which became our first date). I went to this location (16824 W Bell Rd, Surprise, AZ 85374) and happened to get Assistant Manager Michael. He looked up what kind I needed, checked my car to see the mounting type before selling them to me. During the sale he ASKED me if I'd like help installing them!!! My jaw almost fell to the floor!! Yes, I would!! He came out and installed them on my car, said have a great day and headed back in. I will come here again!! Thank you Michael for a great customer experience! Kudos. Pic of "before"."
