"I’ve been coming to this store for a few years now. Never had an issue here. I was put on hold 2 times for over 10 minutes and got hung up on twice. Upon going to the store I get to the counter assisted by randy. I asked him “damn why’d you keep me on hold for a long time”. He stated “my in person customers come first and if you don’t like it there’s the door or go to autozone. There HRs number if you want to call.” He then proceeded to walk away. That is horrible customer service by one individual."
"Had a friend ask me if I would go pick up some liquid head gasket sealer. I didn't know what to get so I brought what they had to the counter and asked if this was the better option. This middle age dude starts telling me how I'd be better off getting it fixed. Duh... I said well it's not for me in before I even finish the sentence he's rolling his eyes like I'm lying and says "oh yeah for a friend" and laughs. And I know exactly what he was implying. "As if it was actually for me but didn't want to admit it and he knew the truth." I pulled up in a brand new explorer if I had head gasket issues The dealership would be dealing with it smart guy. Based on some other reviews it's kind of obvious customer service has a trend of this kind of snobbery."
