"I’m trying to buy a battery charger. Looking online and it’s almost impossible to see what chargers you sell. The web site keeps bringing everywhere except where I want to go. I bought one at Tractor Supply. There web site bought me right to them. Maybe you could learn something from there web designer Maybe."
"Came in for some brake lights wasn’t sure how many and the parts lady couldn’t tell me either no big deal but for some reason I thought that they were able to see how many lights were in my tail light. To install them in the parking space at AutoZone, there was actually three so when I went back in the other parts lady wasn’t able to find the same part number so I took the packaging out of the trashcan and they were able to locate the part number that way. Not sure why with the same truck information, they weren’t able to find the same part number, but one of the parts ladies was nice and the other parts was extremely short I would actually consider her fairly rude. I won’t be using this AutoZone location again."
"We had an outstanding experience at this location. Sofia R went above and beyond what you would expect out of an Auto Zone employee! She saved us at least $100, installed our battery, AND insisted we not tip her when we tried. This young lady was professional and her customer service skills were amazing; she one hundred percent deserves a raise!"
